Like the past four Novembers, I will be participating in NaBloPoMo (National Blog Posting Month). After that, I honestly am not sure what will become of the blog. So consider it either my last hurrah or the last stop on this specific path, I have not decided.

Phil started this when Vivienne was born, to get some photos up for family living out of state. Then it started to be a nice online diary of the kids, motherhood and family. There is some crap about me on here, too.

Phil redesigned the site and re-launched it on February 5th, 2004. I can’t believe I have been berating myself for not posting more frequently for 4 long years. Wow.

I am going to give this a try all the while cheating on this first post (and posting it on Nov 2nd).

It is National Blog Posting Month where people try to post every day for the month of November. Trust me, you will inevitably see a lot of photos, which is unfair. But as a mother of two, who is currently suffocating under the task of catching up the husband’s accounting after allowing it to fester since....*cough* March *cough*.....I will be posting when my mind feels like it needs a reboost into the land of the alphabet from the land of numbers.

I can’t remember if I actually posted about this or not, so I am doing it now, again, or for the first time.

I had several nasty arguments with the gallery that was associated with this program. We just didn’t get along very well. The software that runs my site is lovely, please don’t get me wrong. But the gallery was clunky at best. So I switched to Flickr.

For those of you not aware, Flickr is like an online photo album where I can store every photo taken digitally or scanned. So I do. There are now 3,908 photos in my Flickr account. Some are public where anyone can see them and some are private where either only friends and family or just I can see them. In order to see the bulk of the photos, you must create an account and I will add you to my friends and family list.

I know it sounds like a pain, but there are some photos that not everyone needs to be looking at, know what I mean? See that box over to your right? Click on that and you will go right to my account. Enjoy!
